Headunit receiver emulator for Android Auto originally created by the late MICHAEL REID. Plug the USB into your device (in case of a tablet, use an OTG cable), when prompted, make sure to allow HUR to be the default app for the action and check the box Always. If you are running the app on a device with Android 7.0 or higher, you may need to pull down the notification bar and select the connected USB device before the app starts (this depends on the device). If the app doesn’t start automatically when you plug into your phone, you can always open HUR, press the USB button and select the phone from the list. Open Android Auto on the phone, go to About and tap the “About Android Auto” header 10 times to become a developer.
