The free version is limited to 500 photographs. purchasing the pro version means: Unlimited photographs for your local device storage, and up to 20k photographs for the cloud. If 20k isn’t enough for you (cloud), you can purchase multiple extra packs, that will increase the limit by 10k each.

You do not have to worry about your privacy. You photographs are only cached topically , any home server communication, no analytics!
